have you ever noticed how some people consider their pets like a mirror image of themselves? i was walking my dog today and this guy's dog came up to my dog and started sniffing. my dog is kind of shy so i was like, "she's kind of shy," so he wouldn't be offended that my dog doesn't really care about other dogs that much. and in this booming voice he says, "oh, well, Leo is not shy! he's kind of the mayor of the neighborhood actually," and then he looks at his dog, "isn't that right, Leo!?"
and i'm thinking, 'mayor of the neighborhood'?? why is your dog mayor of the neighborhood? because you walk him around the neighborhood every day, and he goes up to every dog he sees, like every other dog in the neighborhood? obviously this guy think's he's the mayor of the neighborhood.
i've seen other people do this with their pets all the time.. "oh she's reeeeeaaalllly smart! she's so smart!" so, what about your cat is so smart? sitting there? being covered in fur? i mean, my cat is smart, so i know what a smart cat acts like. but i've seen people say this who have cats that aren't smart at all.
you could argue that me saying my dog is shy is saying i'm shy. but it's the truth. she is shy. she wasn't around other dogs for most of her life, and its also part of her breed to be more independent. there are a few dogs she likes, but i can tell when she doesn't feel like socializing with other dogs. like that white poodle who thinks she's the celebrity of the neighborhood. whenever she walks by my dog she always throwing all kinds of attitude and acting like she's the shit. and my dog's like, "whatever, bitch. like i even care. slut."
anyway, do you guys ever notice this around other pet owners?

Hmmmm, my cat is a killing machine. From dragonflies to jackrabbits, my cat kills them all. And for the mostpart, eats them too.

It could have a different meaning in the USA, but just so you know, the word 'faggy' in the UK is actually pretty offensive as it is short for 'faggot,' a gay-bashing term.
