Here comes your man will be one of the featured tracks on the karaoke-style game Singstar for ps3

More Pixies (and possibly FB tracks) could make it on there at a later stage, since tracks will be downloadable.

You'd never get 100% trying to do Joey's part!!
blogsarefordogs.com - Madden '08.
Madden ‘08 comes out at midnight tonight, and while most video game nerds will probably assemble their buddies and get started on hours of endless thumb-blistering, I’m always more intruiged by how the music turns out. EA Sports usually strikes a decent balance between hip-hop and rock, but with the exception of last year’s soundtrack, which included Spank Rock, Lupe Fiasco, and the Rapture, they don’t usually align so directly with my personal tastes. Madden ‘08 features a few such songs, most notably Pharoahe Monch’s “Desire” (which I wrote about here), as well as some decent garage rock from Josh Homme & Co. Datarock are alright, too, I guess, in their own Scandinavian sort of way. Still, the music of Madden ‘08 has nothing on last year’s soundtrack for MLB 2K7, which included Tapes ‘n Tapes, Bishop Allen, the Pixies, Stooges, Thermals, and Walkmen, and Nirvana’s “Breed.” Now, if we can only get started on that ‘Indie’ Guitar Hero. |
