so i was at safeway the other day and kellogg's cereal was on special - 2 og the medium sized boxes for $7.00. pretty good considering most cereals are $4-$6 for any size. anyways i get home and i'm putting the cereal away and i see i got my raisin bran, and i got my rice krispies, wait a second, VANILLA rice krispies?? oh crap, i think to myself. then i'm kinda getting mad at the packaging, same blue box with a yellow strip across the top that says "NEW - NEUVEAU" (cause we're in canada see and everything is in french too) and above the bowl of cereal that's always there is a huge stripe that say "VANILLA - VANILLE" but it's kind of light colored and i don't know how i missed whilst shopping and i try to remember what the regular box says but for the life of Crackle i can't. then i think about vanilla coke and how crappy that was and if i wanted my cereal any sweeter i'd just put sugar on it like when i was 6 and i consider taking the box back - but i don't and it sits there for about a week. so the raisin bran is gone and i have vanilla rice krispies this morning and they're fucking awesome! not too vanilla-y at all, i had three bowls, one with a banana in it (that was the best). i wanna make some vanilla rice krispie squares now, i hope they're still on sale and kellogg's keeps producing them 'cause they're real good.

Very nice. Have you tried Apple Cinnamon Cheerios? Fantastic. |

I can't get my kids to eat those. They've been sitting in the cupboard forever, while other cereals file through regularly. I feel kind of sorry for them.
Please pardon me, for these my wrongs. |

Apple Cinnamon Cheerios sound great. Send me the box Coasty, and I'll send you my girlfriend's Bright Eyes CD's.
I'd walk her everyday, into a shady place

They are great. And they stay crisp just a little bit longer than regular Cheerios which gives you a leg up in the race with the milk. |

Man, I love when the cereal is soooo good you have to go back for the multi-bowl fix. The only question is, do you go ahead and finish the milk in the bowl before re-filling with cereal, because if you don't, the milk can tend to get extra-sugary with the new cereal, even with some fresh milk on top of it.
I had a big cocoa krispies thing going on about 3 years ago.

I thought it said "Vanilla Ice Crispies" at first. Which I would probably buy just for shits and giggles.

My thoughts exactly. Now I got "Rice, rice, baby" stuck in my head.
