I think between late 2002-early 2003 it was played fairly regularly with the Catholics.

Fields of Marigold seems to have been played quite a bit on the 2002 US tour. A few dates I know of:
April 26, Little Rock, AR
April 28, Chicago
April 29, Chicago
April 30, Lincoln, NE
May 1, Lawrence, KS
