Thought I'd give this a try. It's not perfect but it's how I've been playing it and it sounds quite close.
First Verse
Em B7 [F#] G C G A5 F Em C Em A5 C
Em B7 [F#] G C G A5 F Em C Em A5 C
Bridge...
Em A5
Don't put my baby down
Em A5
Don't take my girl away
Em A5 B C
I put some money down, see it's too late
Chorus...
G Em C
She's my way, she's my way
G Em C
She's my way out of here
G Em C
This is my lucky day
G Em C
She's my way, she's my way
I'm aware it might not be correct so additions and corrections are very welcome.

Actually I think those E minors in the verse should be E5's but I can't seem to edit my post.

In the begining i hear Em (or E5 fine too) B7 [G F#] (just a bass line E--3-2-)then G ... but it's just a very tiny little minor thing all the rest seems OK to me
something like
1 2 3 4 |1 2 3 4 |1...
Em Em Em Em B7 B7 B7 E-3-2- G... |

Nice, pixiestu. I'm trying to figure out if any of the A5s are minor or not, I can only here through my mac at the moment and it's confusing me.
But again, nice. I've been happily playing along with your tab. |

What's everyone's take on the lyrics? I've looked for them everywhere, seems Christmass is a little foggy on the internet yet.
Tabs sound great so far though!
