There's one on ebay right now.
Ebay is your best bet. TOTY on vinyl turns up there frequently (or at least once a month or so). Looking at their Completed Auctions, the last TOTY vinyl sold for only $24.99 so this is still an easy album to get (on vinyl) for a good price. It's been out of print probably since it originally came out (1994, not a good year for selling vinyl) so your chances of finding it in a store (or on a store's mailorder website) at all, let alone for a good price, are slim. Go ebay. It's where you'll get the best deal. Even if you end up losing the current auction, just keep watching the auctions. It will turn up again soon.
