"It's just all kinds of filth," said Alton Verm, adding that he had not read "Fahrenheit 451."

Yeah. This hillbilly's qualified to make the call. Fuck!

How funny. The guy wants to ban Fahrenheit 451 from school. A book about banning and burning books. All this during the 25th annual Banned Books Week.

The fathers tries to make a good argument, but fails, when he says, "I don't understand how the district can punish students for using bad language, yet require them to read a book with bad language as part of a class". That's like saying, "I saw Jason axe those people in a movie then it must be okay to chop my neighbors to bits and pieces".

Maybe he'll come around to the school in a fire engine and burn it down.

I'm pretty sure I read that book on my own when I was about 13. I turned out fine. Oh except for all the swearing! Damn that fucking book!

the argument is more like "they condemn the act of chopping your neighbour to pieces yet they champion films in which Jason chops people to pieces."

The film contains more uses of the word 'fuck' than Goodfellas, Casino and South Park: Bigger, Longer And Uncut.

Okay, it doesn't. Obviously.
