I am probably way behind the times here, but in case somebody hasn't checked this out....google has a new function that allows you to see where certain internet searches rate world wide. www.google.com/trends
I searched for "Frank Black" and here is the rankings according to google. I think Carl had something to do with the high ranking with all of his excellent article searches (Pixies is also ranked #1 in Ireland).
Top cities (normalized)
1. Dublin Ireland
2. Portland, OR USA
3. New York, NY USA
4. Los Angeles, CA USA
5. Austin, TX USA
6. San Francisco, CA USA
7. Minneapolis, MN USA
8. Philadelphia, PA USA
9. Seattle, WA USA
10. Washington, DC USA
Thought it was interesting that my area also ranks #1 with alternative music, death with dignity, marijuana and meth searches. Check it out and tell us what your area ranks #1 in. |

If you check “Black Francis” Dublin comes in as no. 1 (Carl again)
If you check “Frank Black” Portland OR. comes in as no. 1 (Frank and Violet I‘m guessing, oh and Carl is number 2 now)
