Damn I was hoping this would be about the film or the Moby track that I was listening to yesterday.
I'd walk her everyday, into a shady place

I've always wanted to play IRL too. I'm sure I found some kind of online/downloadable game somewhere. I'll try and find it.
I think it's pretty easy to learnthe basics, but the tactics/subtleties are fairly complex.
[edit] - there seems to be an online game here.......http://www.geocities.com/shanleqi/index.html

I can't make that link work on this computer (I hate this computer) but as tragic as it is, I love board games in general. I've seen the one with the stones and think it looks fabulous. I keep meaning to learn how to play chess properly (my half arsed have a go and see what happens method only takes me so far). I love board games as much as cards.
I am 72 yes.
- I tried doing that once, making every minute count. It gave me a headache.

I tried, but Go is too complicated for me. I enjoy games with short term strategy such as Quarto or Connect 4. Long term strategy makes my brain hurt (though a game of chess from time to time is ok) |

Me and Llama managed to get on and had a few fun games (it was really close, but i let him win both times, ahem)-it seems to be pretty straightforward once we'd figured out the rules...does anyone fancy joining some sort of forum Go! league? as a few people seem to be interested |

I'm going to figure out how to make it work and then I'm coming back to teach you all what a proper arse kicking feels like.

I understand both your tetris and scrabble rouble. I played tetris so much at one stage every static object I began to break down into crazy little blocks. I had a dream where I was eating my dinner and the table started to change colour and then flew apart spewing tetris shapes everywhere. Had to go cold turkey after that.

I can play Sundays and some days during the week in the evening, but not Tuesdays. Tuesdays is Giant Jenga night. According to my coach, I'll soon be ready for action.
I'm looking forward to seeing the fixture list and especially to kicking some Irish "Go!" butt. I know you're running scared, Carl. Dare you not represent your nation?
And this sticky'd ;) |

Neither have I. Excuses, Irish Man. Check Llama and Zub's links. This league table will not be the same without at least one Eireman involved. I need a victory from somewhere.

You're the x, i'm the circle. Your x is removed from the board because I've surrounded it. It can go nowhere. That's all you need to know. |

yeah, carl you've been oficially recruited, unless you REALLY dont want to play! ive written down names, and drawn them out randomly, so we got Llamadance fbc carl zub the goat starmekitten
an even number would be better if anyone else wants to play-so would we rather do it in terms of everybody play everybody and see who wins the most games, or do it in eliminator rounds? |
