This topic may already have been started but I can't find it if it has. Although I am a Mac user and have an Ipod, I just recently looked into these "podcasts". Wasn't really sure what they were to be honest. Well I was shocked to find that they are completely free. If you already know all about this forgive me. So I'd like to recommend a couple I've found so far and maybe you can do the same, if you come across something cool let us know.
So far these two are standouts:
The Ricky Gervais show - What's to say? It's Ricky Gervais.
Bob Dylan No Direction Home - If you are not a Bob fan you'll probably walk away being one after listening to this. The history of the time alone is worth a listen. I've never really been in to Dylan but the Dvd that recently came out and this podcast - which is completely different - changed all of that.
There's laso a good Hieroglyphics podcast for those that are fans.
Dear Lord Sasquatch, please let this be an interesting topic so that I might be able to revive the Frank Black Forum from it's current state of lameness.

It may have been on here or a different forum, but I downloaded a few episodes of pluballs, it was dreadful, really bad, and not just the sound quality either. I can however recommend the Ricky Gervais podcasts.

I've been meaning to get into podcasts for a while, so any recommendations about good new music ones? I think that CBC Radio 3 has one... in fact, here it is:
http://radio3.cbc.ca/
They have all sorts of cool Canadian indie stuff. That's probably where I'll be starting.

Checked out the Ricky Gervais one, really funny stuff though I'm not surprised. Will check out the 75mins one later. Trying to think of how we can do something with this on FB.Net, I'm going to talk to Ken about running a 30-45 min unreleased b-side podcast or something like that. But ideas on stuff we could do to make this the talk of the town and/or get fans, noobs, and Ken on board are welcome before I approach him...
Anyway, the reason I dug up this thread was the latest CBC Radio 3 podcast is pretty excellent, and the first half feautres some cool Canadian indie-pop (if there can be such a thing) that fans of the New Pornos particularly might like.

I don't know, I'll have to ask him, thanks. The clincher to this would be being able to not only cast rare live shows but hopefully we could convince management to throw a few 'preview' tracks our way for upcoming albums, perhaps a few Frank-recommends though probably not because of licensing, though all this said I won't hold my breath on actually being able to do any of this...
Just thinking out loud. Speaking of which, I need to get thinking about this article db...
