i'm not planning on coming any time soon, but when i do, it would be nice to know what there is around there.. |

The Smile night, if you're about on a Saturday, it's all you need to know. Alt-indie kind of thing, you'll always hear the Pixies there, quite often it's something you wouldn't expect to hear (I've heard them play Santo!)
Retro Bar normally have quite cool indie nights on during the week.

I used to live in Boothstown which is the small town Cantona lived at the time he kicked the fan. It was right next to my school and some of the kids claimed to have been on a bike ride with him and stuff. I never saw him though, I was only about 7 and never really payed much attention or considered it out of the ordinary that such a superstar lived there.

We were talking about the Pixies club night that we have been mulling over for a while now. We talked about how we were gonna ask your band to come and play if we ever did it. And then I told Simon that you were juust concentrating on Doog now and that what I had heard was very good.
