I was there a month before to see Tomahawk and totally slept on this FREE show right in my backyard! Does anyone know details on this performance? yeah, it was the same week BLD/DW were released, if i'm not mistaken. i talked to Dave P a little bit in one of the record asiles.. just told him that i was digging the records. what else?

Frank said something about how he and Dave had just recorded something that day in the little Amoeba studio upstairs, which i didn't know they had. nor did he mention what it was..

um.. i ran into an ex girlfriend there..

yeah, those were the days. that was a pristine Frank period (before all this Pixies stuff)..







i only took a few photos and unfortunately my Frank one didn't come out
