No. The only label to release it on vinyl was 4AD in Europe.
Teenager of the Year is pretty easy to find on vinyl and has yet to skyrocket in value. It shows up every month or so on ebay and rarely sells for more than $25 (which is about the same amount you might've paid for an imported copy in 1994). |

Well there's one on ebay right now with only 15 hours to go and still at a pretty low price ($7.38 American).
The seller is in the United Kingdom, but ships worldwide. |

From a packaging/presentation standpoint, I think Show Me Your Tears is the most impressive Frank-on-vinyl set (I've never owned the Black Sessions). Maybe I'm just telling myself that though to justify having spent so much on it.
In my lame, record-packaging fetishist moments, I do wish that the Teenager LP sleeve was a gatefold. However, one who is a lame, record-packaging fetishist can always draw on that and put Teenager next to other oddball classic rock double-albums that also weren't in gatefolds, like Tusk or Todd Rundgren's Todd. |

I don't like SMYT vinyl all that much; I was pleasantly suprised when I heard it was coming out, but the reproduced cover looks extremely pixelated. Take a close look at the strings on the pedal steel on the front cover and you'll see what I mean. The actual record is pretty cool, though. Heavy, and it has a very nice-looking label, too. |

I too have TOTY vinyl double album...but I've never opened it. I haven't had a turntable in about 4 years. I also have vinyl singles for Hang On To Your Ego and Headache...also both unopened. The Headache one is cool because it's the size of an old 78rpm record. It's still easy to find the TOTY vinyl here in SoCal...I see it pretty regularly at some indie shops in Orange County. The singles I have I've only seen the once, when I bought them. But they too pop up on EBay occasionally.

i'll take this oppurtunity to tell you about my FB/pixies vinyl-collection:
FB-regular albums: FB, teenager, cult, FB&TC, SMYT (it seems pistolero is the only one i'm missing) FB-non regular + single-outtakes: hang on to your ego, headache, black sessions pixies-regular albums: all pixies-non regular + single outtakes: subbacultcha bootleg, wave of mutilation, monkey, velouria, some other from bossanova, alec eiffel, plante of sound
bloody impressive, ey ? just out of curiosity: how much would a devoted fan (like me) who digs vinyl pay for that collection ?
