Interesting new (public beta) online radio thingy called Pandora. Kinda like Last.FM, LaunchCast and MusicPlasma, except it makes recommendations based on the song rather than it's popularity.
Here's what I got with the Pixies:
Pixies - Wild Honey Pie -> "Based on what you've told us so far, we're playing this track because it features grunge recording qualities, mild rhythmic syncopation, a subtle use of vocal harmony, major key tonality and repetitive melodic phrasing."
...
A Box full of Sharp Objects - The Used
Pixies - Lady in the Refrigerator Song
Robyn Hitchcock and the Egyptians - The Higsons
Molly's Yes - Fall Down
Eyes Like Knives - Like a Ghost
Sonic Youth - The Candle
The Germs - Sugar Sugar
Good Charlotte - Riot Girl
Richard Hall - Chinese Rocks
The Coke Dares - The Guys at the Autozone were Assholes
Breaking Benjamin - Polyamorous
The Replacements - Can't Hardly Wait
Archers of Loaf - Fabricoh

I added Joy Division and Sleater Kinney to the find-like list so it's not completely Pixies recommendations. Anyway cool little thing. P.S. wtf is syncopation.

So both of the Pixies songs they chose were covers?

Well hell is hot, so heaven must cool, plus there's a little man inside who turns on the light for everyone.

I was surprised it started off with Wild Honey Pie. I think it gives precedence to shorter tracks. There was only one suggestion that sounded like that Pixies... at least until the singer opened his gob. Eye's Like Knives I think.

I thought Heaven was hotter than the Sun, or something like that.
