to continue on from the favourite concert photo thread i started ages ago, now I'm interested in peoples favourite normal photos.
now, these photos have to be ones you've taken yourself. thats the only rule.
here's 3 of mine with a New Zealand theme (all taken on Canon EOS300 and scanned using a crappy scanner).

taken at a friends bach near Lake Clearwater, which is in the Southgern Alps of New Zealand's South Island. I think the shutter was open probly 30 minutes.

taken at my mums house on the west coast of Taranaki which is in the North Island of New Zealand.

taken at Milford Sound in the South Island of New Zealand at sunset

The bands don't appear to be especially well seperated there, a little streaky... and I suspect someone got over excitied with the ethidium bromide..

(I'm kidding, I love agarose pictures)

(I might scan some of my pictures in if I can find them (weirdy close ups of surgical instruments and apparatus), I have been promising someone I'd do it for a while but I'm terribly embarassed by them really, I have this camera which was a gift and I love the old thing)

I believe it's the Grand Canyon (I was there when I was 6), and I hadn't even noticed that car until you pointed it out. Thanks.
