I love the whole record, but that last 3:30 of 'My Life is in Storage' is some good music.

what's your favorite piece of Honeycomb?

Iīm obsessed with 'Lone Child' at the moment.

I love
the way Frank kicks off with "I donīt like you much, I am like a wolf"
the organ, especially at the beginning of the verses
the way its dark yet groovy
the background vocals singing "lone child" at 1:09
the guitar solo

Maybe it fades out a bit too long for my taste.

The backing vocals.

... Not really, but I do think they're gorgeous.

I guess the whole chorus of "Atom In My Heart" is my current favourite piece of Honeycomb.

My evil twin would lie and steal
And he would stink of sex-appeal

It changes...used to be the "our house was filled with many birds, she said to me, I can understand their words, the ground will shake so run away" part of "I Burn Today." Then the bass in "Lone Child." Then "Violet" (yes, "Violet"! Stop it! Stop!). Then different parts of "Atom." And always "Selkie Bride." Now it's other parts of "I Burn Today."

Tomorrow never knows.

Yes, that chorus is cool.

But dangerous, too. So hard not to join in. I keep singing it at alta voce on the street, doing groceries, in the bus, etc...

Definetly the lyrics and the beautiful guitar on the chorus of "My Life Is In Storage".This song could easily have been on Show Me Your Tears.Frank's honesty, inspiring music and personal lyrics blow me away and make me wanna write some original music of my own.Selkie Bride got me right from the start.Frank's singing overall is a thumbs up.I like this mellow side of Frank as much as I like it when he is all out rocking our souls.Great selection of musicians, specially good to hear Anton Fig on drums(I first got into music because of Kiss and Anton plays on Ace Frehley's first solo album, amazing drumming!!! and has done some session drumming for Kiss, some of you might know him from the David Letterman band).I love Honeycomb!!!!

Bizarre....

"lone child" and "another velvet nightmare" right now, but it's early yet.

My favorite song on there is "I Burn Today." Not sure about my favorite moment, though.

"My Life Is In Storage". The way FB gets it going, he's about to break loose, then he pulls it back in. Amazing. And the jam at the end. Mercy. Love "Selkie Bride", "Strange Goodbye", "Velvet Nightmare" as well. I was three hours late to work waiting for Tower Records to open so I could buy it. Of course I told them car trouble, and rubbed my hands in the engine bay to look make it look believable.
