I have not been eating red meat for months... pork 12 or so years and veal for 20 years.

today I had something I thought was fish... but I think it was really meat... could I get really sick for eating meat if it's only been a few 3-4 months tops since I ate red meat?

I got sick and I am just trying to figure out what has caused it.
