I miss forum members such as Bedrock Barney, who was old, and Apl4eris, who was crazy-cool.

I miss being able to buy Gini in the shops here.

I miss 10p mixes when that would actually get you more than just half a shrimp.

I miss my dad building me a boat out of sand on the beach.

I miss playing football at lunch.

I miss Groop Dogdrill live shows.

I miss sitting in the cathedral grounds in Winchester with plastic pint glasses.

I miss working in the restaurant, if only for the company of one particular other worker there.

I miss hanging out in the garden at Shillibeers after handing in uni coursework.

How's that for a slice of fried gold?

I miss the tingly feeling in your cheeks that used to happen when I would get drunk as a child. As an adult, it doesn't happen anymore.

I was alone...in my BIG BED

If it helps, you'll always be unhip to me, Brian.

A good point also made though, there are a couple of people I'd have liked to stay in touch with a bit more. Not many but one or two.

I miss falling in love with someone new each summer during my teenage years. Maybe I'll have to resurrect that one.

You shouldn't. After all we're members of the same spiritual family -- the New-Mexico-Lovers-who-were-born-in-late-May.

Wow. Great.

I'll probably have to wait until April '06 to see the well-named Land of Enchantment again :(

But I'm not jealous. Not at all. Jealousy has no place between members of the same spiritual family.
