Are you serious? Why would you say that? just curious. I don't think the french even make the best cars in Europe. Depends on the criteria I guess, but the Japanese probably make best cars.

i really believe that the french make the best cars because:
a) are the safest (the renault laguna got the safest car award beating mercedes and bmw and all the rest top level cars)
b) you get more for your money for a car of the same category (my clio has 4 airbags, a\c, ABS, and a really cool philips stereo for the same price of a stupid VW polo who offers everything as optional)
c) i really like the design (nissan made really anonymous cars before but since they were taken over by renault are producing some excellent designs like the new primera)
