About the bonus track - I just found and unearthed this info (posted by Jon Tiven a couple of weeks ago):
Donovan's "Atlantis," the spoken intro is performed by Al Franken. Personnel is Cropper, Miller & Tiven on electric guitars, FB-lead vocals/ acoustic guitars, Ellis Hooks and James Griffin on background vocals, David Hood bass, Anton Fig on drums, Spooner on keys.
