LES SAVY FAV
(with honourable mention to Lamb of God, as cheesy as they are I've been playing Ashes of the Wake for 6 months now and still not tired of it) |

Off the top of my head I'll have to say Low, who're one of my favourite bands ever. I also have records by Lagwagon, Led Zeppelin and Mark Lanegan that are pretty good.

It'd have to be Low, but Lone Justice run a close second. I've also got stuff by Le Tigre and Lynyrd Skynyrd.

Lenny Kravitz??????? Ahem...choke...sputter...I'm not sure if he belongs on the rung above or below Loverboy.
What about Lightnin' Hopkins? (or does he belong in "H"?) Nick "The Basher" Lowe and Zep
IMO, John Lennon solo basically sucks.
==edit== and LITTLE RICHARD (pay respect to the people who gave us rock and roll) |

Hmm, I prefer solo Lennon to most Beatles...
Was Lenny Kravitz included seriously on the "best" list? Or is that a joke? I'm biting my tongue
I like Les Savy Fav, Lightning Bolt , and le tigre, they're ok... and I like Most of the other bands posted...

Ayways, I don't know many L bands, but I think Led Zeppelin is pretty good. I find them boring these days but in general they're ok. |

I'd say Tom Lehrer. John Linnell's solo album is great, too.
