The uploader himself states that track 17 is available officially: Rare Pixies, promo CD, 4AD/Virgin France VISA 3680, 1996

Man!! I just listened the concert.....really great!,very raw, with a lot of energy, good sound....it rocks!!! at the early days they play the songs faster than now,I enjoyed each song.
