How long then, another two weeks? there's no rush really and we can bully the next chooser into picking a lighter book to compensate.

(if you want to pick a book for a later round do say so or I will get all decisive on your asses oh yes I will grr)

Iīll pick after Brian and Kathryn then, if you guys donīt mind. Seeing as the Leaves book is 735some pages, praps we could we pick a point in it where we talk how we feel about it so far?

i have a suggestion.

due to the length and quality of this totally intriguing book i think we should make it a "summer" reading project. why don't we discuss the first 225 pages around july 5th, the next 225 around july 25th, and the whole book around august 15th? i don't think i can plow through this without taking breaks to read other books in between, if that makes sense. i'm about 40 pages in and it has me totally piqued, but it is still going to take a long time. plus, i've gone and got myself a g/f and that's taking away from some of my night-time reading time.

-peace out!

I have my last two finals tomorrow. Following that, I have nothing at all to inhibit my summer reading (except of course, for my assigned summer reading). I shall get hopping soon.

i'd rather just set a date to have it all done by, but if this is how we wind up going, i'll go along with it

why do i start good books right before the book club starts? now i have to rush through THE SPORTSWRITER to get to this
