The entire Pixies catalog has a running time of about 5 hours. What are they going to do with the other 13? |

From what I heard it's gonna be a 13-hour long karaoke. Pixies tunes sung by the DJs and listeners on the phone.

"B-sides, live tracks, solo material". I wonder if that means they'll be playing Frank Black/Catholics/Breeders/Amps tunes. |

Their site says: "Listen all day for rare tracks, live material, b-sides, and solo projects: Frank Black, and also songs by the Breeders." |

Looking at the list of songs they have played so far: From 7 to 9 am they played 20 songs. Of the 20 2 where Frank Black and 1 Breeders. Wow 10 Pixies songs an hour, all day. They just got back from commercial break and played Tony's Theme and Monkey. Wish I didn't have to listen through Real player. Cool idea and long over due.
"Our Love is Rice and Beans and Horses Lard"
[edit] Now they are playing FB&TC's "I Think I'm Starting to Lose It" |

Holly shit I thought Bone Machine was an unknown studio version but then I listened a couple of clapping at the end of the song so it must be a live version from 1988, damn I guess I should record some stuff they're playing, I'll try to figure out how to do it.
LOL now U-Mass is been played with a weird sound to censorship the dirty words :p and while I'm writing this the DJ gave info about Bone Machine but I didn't understand anything!! :( any help please about what he said |
