LBF, I had to kick my IBC Cream Soda addiction. My best friend's wife always stocks it at their house and I have to prepare myself when I go over there and stay strong and resist.

I never drink milk. I enjoy many dairy products, but I don't enjoy straight-up milk.

Straight-up cow's milk is the devil's drink. It's evil, the liquid equivalent of white bread. I'd sooner drink my own urine.

To tell you the truth Kathryn, I've heard that there are people that do that, like some kind of treatment...weird things people do to try to heal themselves.

I don't think that people drink urine for healing purposes as much as adult recreational purposes. NOT THAT I WOULD KNOW. All I was saying is I don't like the taste of cow's milk.
LBF, how you likin' the turn you thread's taken?

I just read a story about a man in a wheelchair riding the bus and his wheelchair malfunctioned and sparked up in flames so a bus rider who had just pumped a bottle of breast milk for her baby doused the contents of the bottle over the fire and put it out.
btw, nothing but water for me today.

I'm speechless. What is there not to enjoy about milk?
I was raised pretty much solely on goat's milk - my mum kept goats, so it was literally fresh, usually just strained through a muslin bag (no skank in like cow's milk, no need for pasteurising). I attribute my height and strong bones to my goatish upbringing.

Ever so slightly off topic - but - Cheese, I'd LOVE to keep goats. Are they really as nightmarishly behaved as everyone makes out though?
Back on topic - Lady Grey tea |

Ach no, they're ace. You can feed them virtually anything and you get a ton of free milk in return.

Cheesey, your "goatish upbringing"? Wow! I'd rather hang out in Mun's beer garden than with a bunch of goats.

i actually know of someone who drinks his own urine for "health" purposes. the theory being that, when you urinate you're body is losing many vitamins and minerals in the urine.. and drinking your urine is giving your body a second chance at those vitamins and minerals.
i kid you not.
only in LA.. |

i know someone who drinks urine too. he's a new age freak and he won't let his kids watch tv or eat stuff that doesn't come from the thirld world. he's tottally nuts. i tried to convince him that all that is eliminated though urine is reintroduced with aliments but he won't listen.

In my quest to try asmany brands of root beer as I can, I am drinking stewart's. It's shit, kinda like barqe's, a&w and other ghetto root beers.

I've never been a fan of root beer. It's not bad, but it's not that good, either.
As far as sodas go, I prefer ones with vaguely fruit-like flavors. You know, Sprite, orange sodas, grade sodas, all that good stuff.

The root beer I loved is given a shit rating. How good are the good ones then? And why are there only 2 brands of root beer in England and they're only found in health food shops? |
