According to Monqui Productions representatives in Portland, the Pixies concert Thurday and Friday night at the Roseland Theater was cancelled and ticket refunds will be given at the point of purchase.
As of 3 p.m. Wednesday, no official reason had been given for the cancellation.

This better be BS. I have tickets for both nights and a hotel room booked. I don't mind a cancellation but give me some freakin notice. I didn't see anything on the Roseland Theater website http://www.doubletee.com/rose_schedule.shtml indicating a cancellation.

Hey! I just checked ticketwest and they still list the shows for ticket sale and there is no mention of a cancellation.

Me: Hey, just verifying the show for tonight is still on?
RT: What show? You mean the Pixies?
Me: Ya. I read that it may be cancelled.
RT: What? No way! It's totally on.

Conclusion: christd1123 is a tool.
