KD: I thought that was already there.
SA: No, no, no, we built all of that.
KD: I didn’t know you built the staircase.
SA: We built the fucking ceiling and the walls, and the windows and everything.
KD: I didn’t think you built the staircase.
SA: I…
KD: I didn’t know you built the windows either.
SA: Yeah all that shit.
KD: I don’t think I actually thought you built the walls either. No I gotta tell you I thought the room was there…
SA: No.
KD: …and you just gutted it.
SA: There was a part of it that was there. The part of it that goes halfway up.
KD: Right.
SA: That part was there, and it had this roof on it, and it was like…
KD: Well see, there’s the staircase in that part right there.
SA: (mildly frustrated) No, that wasn’t there. We added the top eighteen feet, put in the steel reinforcements, put in the windows, built the staircase thing, put that in.
KD: Right, because why would you need a staircase to go [nowhere]?
SA: Yeah exactly.

Thanks for posting this liznoun.
I haven't had time to read it yet, but, the first thing that jumped out at me as I looked over it, and this is an almost unforgiveable faux pas by the author, Jeff Hadick, is that he misspelled Kelley's name.
