Och get away man, high pitched warbley shreikery, hairs used to stand on the end on my baws when I heard that Bodyguard song.

Liked a few of her hits in the 80's but they were nothing special.

Sorry if I offended anyone with my comments, but anyway I quite liked this joke that's going around-

What's black, lies on the floor, will always love you and has white marks round it's nose?

They're all dropping like flies this week!

Bert Weedon, whom I'm never heard of. Apparently was a great influence to Brian May, Paul McCartney and Eric Clapton.

He was great in The 3 Burials of Melquiades Estrada though.

Not really a fan of that film so never really watched it, in fact I have actively tried to avoid it for most of my life and hate it with a passion. It's totally the kind of music that people with no taste in anything dance to in niteclubs every weekend, which is a large part of the reason why I hardly ever go out anymore.

Seriously, try actually listening to the Blues Brothers - not Everybody Needs... but their live records. Their band was so tight. Plus Steve Cropper played on Honeycomb!

Hey you know what, forget about the Blues Brothers. Who cares. They're shit. Just watch any Otis Redding live vid on youtube and witness that awesomeness of Donald Dunn. Or better yet, watch this:

And now fucking Donna Summer apparently died a few days ago I just leanred from watching Jools Holland.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-18187083

I'm telling you, there's too many celebs these days, in ten or twenty years there will be daily new coverage dedicated to recently deceased celebrities. Bookies will start taking wagers on who will pop their clogs next.

Anyway I saw Madonna do a nice cover version of I Feel Love in 2006, but other than that not really that phased about this, just felt it needed mentioning.

A co-worker just called me and said, "listen to this." I hear 'Cult of Ray' over the phone. Then he says, "He just died." Not specifying who. I'm like, "Frank Black died?" NO RAY BRADBURY. I'm like, "You dick. I thought you meant Frank!"
