Thank you fbc. Can't wait to watch it.
I saw Gerry and it's an amazing movie too from Gus Van Sant.

Michael Pitt does look like Kurt there. Asia Argento's in it! Nice. |

Can't wait to take a peek at this in September. I know it's loosely based around Kurt Cobain but seeing the clips of Michael Pitt got me interested. I was pretty disappointed by the finished version of Nick Broomfield's documentary years back, his obsession with Courtney and all that crap that came with it. |

Holy shit, is that Kim Gordon playing Courtney Love in the trailer?
http://www.allocine.fr/webtv/acvision.asp?nopub=1&cvid=18385337&emission=&player=ASF&debit=T
This is obviously a French/US co-production. Is it actually supposed to be about Cobain, or just a Cobain-like charactor? I don't know Michael Pitt, but I'm glad they picked him instead of BRAD Pitt!! Here's Asia's dad, for giallo fans!!

Hey rita, isn't hpm referring to k?
Thanks for the Kim G. nod, thought it was her but didn't know if she'd want anything to do with a film on KC. Wow! Could be crap, carl, aswell as hard to keep having to reming myself it's fiction. I'm just kind of excited to see "Kurt" in motion and letting my imagination run away with the visuals. Plus seeing that Freddy Krueger jumper again is an amazing sight (to me anyway). So iconic. |

i heard that Kurt thoght it was funny and was a fan of Weird Al. that was so great when Coolio got pissed off about 'Amish Paradise' |

Ha! loved the Amish but didn't know about Coolio's reaction. I'd take any parody as a compliment. |

I had forgotten all about the Coolio parody. Coolio getting bent out of shape was the best part it all, if you ask me. All of the other celebs get worried when Al does NOT follow them up with something. Amish was pretty good one.
So what's the talk about September for this flick. Doesn't the site say May 13th? Looks pretty good.
