I'm loathe to interrupt this really, but I had a chorizo and cherry tomato based concoction, with some rice, a green salad and some sweet potato chips, followed by strawberries and ice-cream.
I got some really tasty strawberries, I think it may be smoothie time...

Please - I'm wearing out my own copy of it.

Just to totally derail this thread further - how good are the commentaries on that?

I don't get it, all you guys put is bacon on the sandwich???
Why not a fried egg, or some cheese, just bacon?

well personally I think a fried egg as well would make me sick, ditto cheese. I'm a stricly bacon on my bacon sandwich kind of girl, no sauces or tomatoes or any of that madness.

Bread, bacon.
Maybe a bit of butter for the melty good.

Some people do make other additions I have witnessed it and I think they are weirdos to be honest with you :P

my dad toasts the outside of his sandwich sometimes and it makes me cringe.

As much as I hate to say it, Simon is right.

Do you dip your sandwiches in water to make them even less tasty?

I had pasta with sun-dried tomato pesto, with some salad and grilled peppers.

Denis, what do you have to offer? Croque monsieur? Don't make me laugh, you can't compete with a bacon sandwich.

There was me, that is Alex, and my three droogs, that is Pete, Georgie, and Dim, and we sat in the Korova Milkbar trying to make up our rassoodocks what to do with the evening. The Korova milkbar sold brown rice, rice plus vellocet or synthemesc or drencrom, which is what we were eating. This would sharpen you up and make you ready for a bit of the old ultra-violence.
