In the never ending battle to see who can be the biggest asshole, American enterprise presents:

Assholes across American will be driving these on the street.

Yes, and they KNOW they're assholes as well.

"You think about the people who haul big horse trailers, big boats, all that sort of thing. They have big egos, and you can see where that goes," Matich says. "I'll have a camouflage version next year. Hunting and fishing lodges should snap that up."

So, needless to say, if you were waiting around with five bucks in your hand waiting to buy my upcoming brochure Understanding Poop, you can put that five bucks away, 'cause it ain't happenin.

Thank-you for proving the point. :) Hate that jackass.

Seriously, vehicles that tall/large should be illegal for the average consumer. They're a danger to others on the road (how'd you like to get rearended by this dumbass), the pollute like mad, and aside from providing male compensation therapy, are no more useful than an average truck (of which there are already too many).

Also, while I disagree with the big load being equated with ego, the people that are buying this truck are definitely more likely to suffer from an insecurity complex I'd venture.

You'd have to be rich afford all that fuel.

In L.A. I've noticed another hideous phenomenon: Hummers with advertisements painted on them.

KOK - I bet your train could take those Hummer/monster truck drivers down a notch.

Hey, why can't get a train from Northern CA to Southern CA without riding a bus? Are they fixing/retro-fitting track?

Nice! That said, you could probably tow the whole house with one of those so moving would be pretty easy.

man that's bad. 6-10 miles per gallon. my dad has one of those honda cr-vs. slightly smaller than most suvs, only 4x4 when it senses it needs it. it does 20-30 which i know is quite bad compared to some cars, but 6-10 is awful.

I was searching in vain for a picture of Chris Eubank's hummer. That thing is obese.
I saw somebody who has one of those Cayenne ones, them's pretty sizeable.

The dude knocked up Demi Moore (didn't he?). I don't think he's compensating for anything. He's just an asshole.

I'm talking Sacramento to Santa Barbara (which is north of the grapevine) and I believe you can catch a train from Paso Robles to LA. So, the Grapevine isn't the problem.

its so all the people who see your car think what an exiting go getting 'real' man you must be, when you really just spent the weekend watching tv as opposed to driving up ben nevis or whatever...most of those big cars are used for transporting one little snotty nosed kid to school and thats it

I just want to point out that if I were a hunter/whatever, then maybe camoflauge on a massive vehicle would strike me as less effective than either:

a) No vehicle
b) As small a vehicle as possible.

FYI: San Joaquin Valley trains circumvent the Grapevine (aka Tejon Pass) by going over the Tehachapi Pass (via the famous "Tehachapi Loop"), into the Antelope Valley and over the Soledad Pass to the San Fernando Valley.

You can take my train the Coast Starlight from Sacramento to Los Angeles.
But don't expect to get there any time soon! MMMMMUUUUUAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
I left Santa Barbara today at 1:00pm and got into San Luis Obispo at 7:45pm. Huge accident at Gaviota as well as other things.

COF, I wish I knew what a hundred pixels was, but I don't speak dorkenese. Plus those are the Mooninites man. They do whatever they want, whenever they want, to whomever they want. 100 pixels, They scoff at that amount of pixels. Their moon technology far exceeds that of our primitive earth technology. Plus they are excellent spellers.

The Moon is #1!
