i saw this dough-head today in a honda odyssey and his license plate was, get this, "odysey". what a fuckin' moron. i think i might pay the $75 and get a license plate thats says "500 SL" and put it on my sentra, that would be funny. for real though, if i got one it would say "guano". i also like "10SNE1" and "IMYY4U".

About 10 years ago, the California courts heard the case of an elderly lady who
sued for the right to have her license plate say PUSSY. She had a bunch
of kittiecats. True story. She lost.
One of my neighbors has AK47 on his plate and a cache of guns throughout
his house.

didn't somebody somewhere actually get "3M TA3", and it caused the more serious scrutiny of personalised license plates everywhere? truth or urban myth?

Are you honest when no one's looking? Can you summon honey from a telephone? They sat there with their hooks in the water and their mustaches caked with airplane glue. |

really surfer, it's a money thing....
if a guy has enough money to blow it on vanity plates he will. only if he has an inventive enough idea to do so. some guys make enough money but don't want to look stupid by putting "'99 300" on their nissan but don't because they know they'll look like dough-heads, after all anybody who can read a license plate can also read the factory installed decals located less than 36 inches away. i mean, i've never seen a car from a hundred yards away and thinking "what year is that porsche carrera?" race up to it and say "aww, thank god he had the 'rob's '87' license plate other ways i would have gone to bed tonight unfulfilled, thanks bobby!"
seriously, if a guy has a small penis he will spend all his money on "show" stuff....and that's all for another thread i guess.
p.s. if you come to vancouver i'll take you for a ride in my IROC-Z, it's got a huge motor!

One of my bosses has vanity plates, I love him to bits, but I just can't help thinking that it just seems like he's overcompensating for something.

Vanity plates are $15-25 in Virginia.
Everyone and their brother has one.
A guy in my Dad's neighborhood has 10SNE1. Somehow I keep misreading it as being NO1SNE1.

I actually saw the lady who has the plate "PIXIES" in Massachusetts. It was some older lady in like a BMW or Mercedes. I don't think she had Frank and the rest in mind when she got that plate.
I jokingly yelled to me friend. "Hey! She's got my license plate!!" |

in BC you can only use </=6 and a space or 7 but one has to be a number or letter (ie. not all numbers/letters). pixies would be a possibility.

wow, that's cheap. here it's like $75 just to have them made then you pay per year or 6 month term and it's about $75 each year extra on top of your regular insurance.

I remember seeing a picture of Florida license plate A55 RGY. There was an orange in between the two sets of three characters, making it look like it said...well, you can figure it out.
