well if we're doing a risk assesment you have to multiply frequency by damage level to get an accurate picture.
seeing as in this country there are, zero cases of "muslims with bags that are a bomb" and hundreds if not thousands of cases of trouble of the ilk I mentioned before I know which one worries me most.
in fact, thinking about it, nearly all of the major "terrorist" actions in this country have been undertaken by WHITE folk, like the ira or other nutjobs (dunblane etc...) your borderline racist comment turns out to be, utter bullshit.
