1. I am a fsh with no i's.

Never fear, there is a way to use Soulseek on Mac. I use it all the time.
You're looking for a program called Solarseek, great program. Or if you prefer (doesn't work as well) you can use SSX.

Hi all - I'm new here, so please forgive me for reviving a very old thread. But I'm a new user to Soulseek (thank you to the Abstract Plain group on Yahoo) and I didn't see a method for a pay service? Is that still around or did they take it off?
Soulseek reminds me of the old Napster - this is an unbelievable service, I can't believe I haven't heard of it until now!

www.slsk.org is a counterfeit service that requires payment. I just checked their site and, while it seems their primary domain name has changed, they still make use of the Soulseek trademark and logo (illegally, I assume).
www.slsknet.org is the real deal and totally free, though you have the option to make a donation in exchange for a month of having the ability to access downloads before any non-donating users. |
