Wouldn't whacking trees with sticks alert the deer to their presence?
Hmm, maybe that's why they're dying out.

Not if they are working in a group. They would encircle the deer and scare them in one direction with noise, while tightening the circle until eventually the deer are running right into a sasquatch, while looking to escape. At that point, we grab them, rip them, eat flesh of... Argggh! Whoop! Whoop! Huh? Where am I? Oh... Uh? The answer is no.
Chimpanzees hunt monkees in this same manner.

After watching Harry and the Hendersons. I think Big Foot is a vegan, but likes to eat fish ? also brown and hairy. I'd like to hear thr rest of that recording.

I don't think there would be enough vegetation etc. to make it through the winter. They've supposedly been seen clamming. I got the deer hunting theory from a story some farmer told. Supposedly he was hearing something in the woods behind his house, banging on trees surrounding this clearing. When he went to check it out in the morning he was finding dead deer. What's weird though, is that many times the deer was a fawn and it had it's front leg twisted until broken. There was an opening ripped in it's gut but the deer was not being eaten. When it was further investigated apparently their livers were being removed. See? The legendary, but elusive, Sasquatch are after the minerals that would be found in a deers liver. Yeah.

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. There's a large out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.
