You can get it in incense but it's a slightly different odour in the essential oil (it's actually hard to find) but the incense is close enough

I have only recently started wearing perfume. I never really found one i like, or that suits me before, and often came up in rashes with the cheap crap i can afford...but my bf bought me this one:
and its brilliant. as my friend put it 'can make a man go weak at the knees'...

It's nice that one and I think it's quite unisex. My friend definitely thinks so 'cos I think he bought some. I don't think he'll be wanting men to go weak at the knees around him.

The morning after we saw the Pixies in Minneapolis last fall, my wife and I were eating a quick breakfast in the hotel restaurant before we scadaddled. We had to move because the folks seated by us smelled so horridly of patchouli oil and my wife couldn't take it.
Early in highschool I always reckoned that some people needed to bathe more often. It wasn't until a year or so later, when I was buying weed from them that I realized that is was how they intended to smell.

i've been told by ladies, only one of whom was a romantic relationship, and one man (also not a romantic relationship) that i have a good natural smell, but when i ask what that smells like, they can't desribe it, so i've given it a name - SalvaMusk - coming soon to a store near you

You know, smell is a weird one..
Women are supposed to smell all flowery and scented and stuff and men are supposed to be more natural (not stinky though thats just wrong)
I know what you mean about associated scents though HPM, sometimes I'll be out and about and catch the scent of what my ex used to use (farenheit) and it'll choke me a little, and then I'll catch the scent of my dads scent (no idea what that is) or my best friend from my youth Jon's scent and it automatically cheers me up a little.
What I love is gig smell which is weird because it's the smell of beer and sweat and hot rooms and close bodies but it's not a dirty smell.. am I making sense or sounding odd?

i knew if i searched i would find a thread like this, i was going to start one just like it. i usually wear Joop. i've worn it for the past 8 years or so and always get compliments. it's funny because different colognes smell different on different people, it has to do with the way they mix with your natural odors i guess, anyways i ran out of my last bottle about 2 weeks ago and i think i might try a new brand, one i really liked from the store was alfred sung's 'hei'. a little sweeter than joop but i got 4 "yummies" and one "stay with joop". the "stay with joop" is probably the person i trust most so it should count for a little more but......i don't know, any girls here know what these two smell like? if so, which do you prefer?

I know Joop. Which colour of Joop? There is a red and blue one. One of them is quite nice.
The only down side is that Joop is associated with scallies over here. So just don't wear it over here I guess. |
