Kinda of what they did for all those telemarketers when they made the do not call list.

99.9 % of the hits using spyware programs are just cookies. You may see data miner listed as the file, but its just a cookie. tracking advertisements. I do toss my cookies before going online with my bank. A free program called Swatit will clear leaches like bots and worms.
