They've finally posted some pics of the Pixies gig at Coachella...not too many but there are a few:)

be sure to go thru all four pages of pics...they're not in any kind of order that I could tell.
and if you're REALLY interested, you can see my oh-so-blurry images of my coachella pics at a page i threw together when i got home from the gig....

(disclaimer--i mistakenly set my exposure rate on my camera so 99% of the night images are too blurry. and most of my daytime images are blurry b/c i was jumpin' around and yelling like a freakin' loony b/c i was 30 ft. away from my all-time fave band along with 20000 of my closest friends...)

How amazing it must be to be FrAnK bLaCk (I do mean Charles) at this moment in time. He's back in a band that holds so many memories and unfinished business, has just written and recorded what could turn out to be one of his best records to date, is now dad to a little baby boy, and can still write the most amazing songs I know I am ever going to hear.
I hope he can manage a smle to himself if ever he looks back on what he achieved last year and the start of this one.
The boy's done good.
Thanks for the photos tobafett, there's something about seeing frank and Kim there that just makes me warm inside.
Man, the Pixies are the best.
Frank ain't bad either. |
