I've never been one to wait until Christmas Day to open my presents, so here, on Christmas Eve, is our Christmas gift to you:
A montage of live video from the last show of the Pixies reunion tour, Dec 18/04 at the Hammerstein, with clips from Tame, Gouge Away, Vamos, and Debaser and a small video of the backstage meet & greet with fans from both boards and Frank Black. In addition, for those so inclined, I have hurriedly put together a photo gallery with all my Pixies Photos from the said show, just go into the gallery, New York, and you'll see them. Feel free to rank them/comment on them too.
The videos are large, so definitely you'll want to right click/save as. The live video is high quality 640x480, runs 12 minutes, and is 67 MB. If you have dialup, we'll eventually be breaking it into smaller chunks, so fear not. The backstage video, which some of you probably already have, is 16 MB and 5 mins. Both videos are in Divx so you'll need the appropriate codecs.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy and Sean should be posting some mirrors soon(when he does, please choose randomly to equalize the traffic a little). Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and all the best from the online FB/Pixies community.

i just watched the video and you were standing almost exactly where i was for the early show.
the sound is great especially considering how freakn' loud they were.

Wow Dean. Thanks for putting in all the time and effort that you have for us fans to document these last shows. You've really done a stellar job and definately gone above the call of duty.
