I've accepted the fact that our present is doomed. We're living in a very, very dark time in history, allowing the curtain of ignorance to hide the fact from the eyes of those who prefer not to care. I can only hope that at some point in the future, we will write in our history books these words, and move on to better the world.
Unfortunately, I feel I'm asking too much.
I guess I just wasn't made for these times. |

I think obfuscate meant the biting truth of that statement hits hard. Its so dark, and cold, and empty, and yet, so true. People dont like the truth.
Might be why theres no responses....;)
Now I do as I please and lie through my teeth. Someone might get hurt but it won't be me. I should probably feel cheap but I just feel free and a little bit empty. No it isn't so hard to get close to me. There will be no arguments. We will always agree. And I will try and be kind when I ask you to leave. We will both take it easy. But if you stay too long inside my memory, I will trap you in a song tied to a melody and I will keep you there so you can't bother me. |
