"Big fucking deal," you say. "I have a roof, too." Well, it IS a big fucking deal. My roof in September:
 In the yard.
 In the road.
 Wrapped around a tree.
My old roof was totally extreme. Can your roof do any of that stuff? Yeah, I didn't think so.
This week some very nice young men, standing all of 4'11" and not speaking a lick of english, were kind enough to put a new roof on my townhouse four months earlier than expected. I no longer sleep under a giant blue tarp.

Good stuff! Big laughs! My kind of humor.
Congratulations on the town house.

Are you making fun of me, KOK? I'm sure you're not, because no one would be cruel enough to make fun of someone who had the roof SUCKED off the TOP OF THEIR HOUSE. When parts of your home do something totally badass (like viciously attacking the neighbors for no reason) only then you can make fun of me.

I am happy you got your roof back. Was it sucked away by one of those hurricanes? |

Dayanara, don't be offended by KOK. He is jealous because, obviously, you live someplace with weather. Where he lives there is no weather. They don't know from weather. The think weather is when the temperature drops from 72 to 69 or "skyrockets" to 78. They can't deal with rain. Everything shuts down when they get 2 inches of rain. Then it floods. So he is just jealous of your weather, that is all. He doesn't even get the concept of having weather. Give the poor sap a break.

Thanks, Kathryn. I'll try to keep my rage under control. Not only do we have weather, but a genuine Florida Skunk Ape was spotted less than 3 miles from my house. So there.

Did you say "Florida Skunk Ape"?! Now it's KOK who will have to reign in his rage -- or at least his jealousy.

Having a roof is definitely a good thing.
