They should be able to figure out pretty easily if it's a wallaby, since they're marsupials. |

Strangest animal to ever pitch up on my doorstep was a baby Bushbaby. It's fingers had weird suckers at the tip.
A few hundred miles east of us a lion showed up the the doorstep of a local supermarket. It killed a Mozambiquean emigrant right there. Don't go shopping after dusk in the town of Phalaborwa.

I was about to make a joke (a funny one) about the immigrant's papers, but then realized that the poor guy is dead, so i won't make it.

Offerw, you're my new hero. Anybody with Bushbabies showing up on their doorstep has got some stories to tell. So tell us more.

And I was going to change emigrant to immigrant before you guys noticed but I'm not English and half drunk so I'll use that as an excuse.
The town could be Hoedspruit and not Phalaborwa. I should call my friend who told me this terrible story but his wife would not be pleased if I call them right now.
Just avoid supermarkets in both of those towns at night.
How do you spell Mozambiquean?

After all, it's nice death. Killed by a lion.
Something you can tell your grandchildren about. Well, you can't...Oh, nevermind.

King of K, we've a whole family of bushbabys living in the trees behind my house. The little one arrived on my doorstep courtesy of the neigbour's cat. I had to take it to a wild animal sanctuary as it was still extremely small and had to be fed. It loved crushed ants.
Some people keep bushbabys as pets, I think they need a permit though.
I saw a chameleon in the trees outside too. It looked very happy

Those things are ace. I've only ever seen their eyes though.
My brother had a snake on his patio (in South Africa), which he thought was sleeping, or basking in the sun. He went up close and took a photo. Later on, the family he was staying with told him it was one of the most deadly snakes in the country.
My brother is stupid.
