Hey guys
Been playing along to this for a while, pretty much continually, but there's just one bit that leaves me stumped. About 2'20 mins into the song, the chords played then Frank sings 'i never dreamed'. you know the bit. Those two chords are so beautiful, it reminds me of the 'i will play softly' bit in The Man Who Was.... but i can't seem to nail them right.
Can anyone help please? What do you play to it?
(its a toughy, expecting not many replies but hoping)

Isn't this song in open G tuning? |

open G it could be. i've been playing G-C-A-F barre chords. been experimenting with capo on 3rd too. it would explain why standard tuning doesn't really do it justice.
i gotta go experiment more. cheers for the reply BLT.

The Tolerant, how do you play the intro "riff?" I'm confused, is the whole song played in open G-tuning? Thanks |

At least one of the guitars is in open G I think, but the intro one is standard with capo on third, and the chords I use (relative to capo) are: E, E7 and this A, donīt remember the name now, low to high: x02225
