Those are definitely great songs, but I wouldn't agree that they're his best. The former might, however, be the best song on Pistolero.

Billy Radcliffe plus these are the best from Pistolero.
Western Star, Tiny Heart, Smoke Up & So. Bay.
I Think I'm Starting To Lose It is also good but it is better as a live song. That along with Jumping Beans where made to be played live.

I'd agree with "Billy" and "Western Star," but replace the others with "So Hard To Make Things Out" and "Skeleton Man." I also like "I Think I'm Starting To Lose It" a lot, and I've never heard it live.
