As many forum members already have kids (it'll be my turn soon!), I thought about creating a thread where we'd post all the funny things our kids say all day. Anyone has some great quotes to share? Llama? Carolynanna? Anyone?

My 7 year old daughter was copying Beck's "two turntables and microphone". So my 2 year old son started singing, "decaf Mocha and a microphone". Kids!

I hope I haven't wandered into a trap.

when my daughter was about 2 1/2 years old, we were trying to teach her manners. So when she asked for something, we'd say "what's the magic word". She eventually started saying (while moving her right hand in a circle) "magic word can I have some chocolate".

What trap?

My brother and his wife are Carlos Mencia fans (as am I). If you don't know Carlos he uses the phrase "beaner" alot. My three year old nephew as just entered into the human recorder phase of child development. My sister-in-law was grocery shopping and they were walking pass the bottled water tank thing and there were alot of hispanic shoppers there and my nephew shouts "beaners!" My sister-in-law just about died.

When my younger brother was about four I remember Mother telling him to tell Father that 'tonight we are having turkey escallops for dinner' so he runs in, all beaming, and shouts 'tonight we're having scurky bollocks for dinner!'
Much amusement.

Hahaha, like Cheech and Chong!

I have quite a few but one of my recent faves;

My daughter shows me a drawing of the solar system she drew on black paper. In the middle there's a long white curvy line.
I asked her what that was and she told me "its the milky wave silly."
