Kim’s first sold album out in November. Some tracks produced by Steve Albini are part of the collection. Looking forward to hearing it.

Looking forward to it, not expecting a whole new sound based on the promotional texts. But that new song is really something else:

I do love her voice, but I have to say she's fully on the same page as the Pixies when it comes to dire drum production.

Yeah sure. I just can't stand this overdriven, glitchy drum effects. Always feel like it's a cheap trick in attempt to add some mystery. Same thing on Bang on on Mountain Battles.
