ya can't get them.
they aren't available as anything other than mp3.
i have already asked.

you should definitely track down the 28/11/03 Amsterdam recording, it's the closet thing you'll get to a 2003 soundboard recording.

i was assuming you were talking about the ones recorded by hearitagain.net
they recorded 3(?) shows with the full cooperation of frank and released 1.
the other 2 are in limbo land, and i doubt if the original tapes would ever get circulated.
