Am wondering what other artist's (aside from Frank and the Pixies) you make a point of owning? In other words who are some musicians about whom you can honestly say "I own every CD they ever made"?
Mine would look something like; Liz Phair Sleater-Kinney Red Hot Chili Peppers Blondie Billy Bragg (forgot him the first time round) Van Morrison Weezer Smoking Popes Garbage Belly/Tanya Donelly The Smiths

Right, Ebb. I tried not to go posting the bands I have with only one or two CD's, list would obviously be much longer then... |

yeah i'm very curious also, i've been wanting to see them live but haven't had the chance. the song i heard didn't really sound like pumpkins to my ears, but maybe it wasn't the same one. |

You seem like quite the computer guy... not surprised if you don't buy a lot... Still have to get a burner... for now I am lucky to have friends burn stuff for me.

guess not! buy more. buying cds is good. i enjoy memorizing liner notes in my spare time.
also, i'm a 'computer guy', that doesn't mean you burn everything. i only have 1 burned cd in my collection, and it was a gift from my little brother :P hehheh.
ps, on the ongoing 'bowie' pronunciation thing, i saw an antiques roadshow yesterday (from the british series) where the guy called the knife 'BOW-ee' so, i guess 'BOO-ee' is the american pronunciation. which makes sense why david bowie pronounces his name 'BOW-ee'. |

I'm trying to get everything by the jSbX, Björk, Air, Transglobal Underground, Sugar, the Breeders, Bowie, Roxy Music. But I'm still far from owning everything.
