Am wondering what other artist's (aside from Frank and the Pixies) you make a point of owning? In other words who are some musicians about whom you can honestly say "I own every CD they ever made"?

Mine would look something like;
Liz Phair
Sleater-Kinney
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Blondie
Billy Bragg (forgot him the first time round)
Van Morrison
Weezer
Smoking Popes
Garbage
Belly/Tanya Donelly
The Smiths

Right, Ebb. I tried not to go posting the bands I have with only one or two CD's, list would obviously be much longer then...

yeah i'm very curious also, i've been wanting to see them live but haven't had the chance. the song i heard didn't really sound like pumpkins to my ears, but maybe it wasn't the same one.

You seem like quite the computer guy... not surprised if you don't buy a lot... Still have to get a burner... for now I am lucky to have friends burn stuff for me.

guess not! buy more. buying cds is good. i enjoy memorizing liner notes in my spare time.

also, i'm a 'computer guy', that doesn't mean you burn everything. i only have 1 burned cd in my collection, and it was a gift from my little brother :P hehheh.

ps, on the ongoing 'bowie' pronunciation thing, i saw an antiques roadshow yesterday (from the british series) where the guy called the knife 'BOW-ee' so, i guess 'BOO-ee' is the american pronunciation. which makes sense why david bowie pronounces his name 'BOW-ee'.

I'm trying to get everything by the jSbX, Björk, Air, Transglobal Underground, Sugar, the Breeders, Bowie, Roxy Music. But I'm still far from owning everything.
