My own (or my wife's own) homemade pizza. Just throw a bunch of spices into the dough, toss it yourself, and top it profusely. And a few Cherry Cokes. And those iced animal cookies by Mothers.

Cheese! In my family I am called a "cheese whore". 
Chips and salsa - especially Tostitos "with a hint of lime".
Pasta
Rice and beans (and horses lard? Um, no)
veggies and fruit - mostly strawberries.

As the token vegan (snicker) i'll say a salad with lots of sprouts.
Kinda neat that as i move further and further from processed foods, simple plants start to taste really good...they seriously keep tasting...i dunno.."more" somehow.
