| A friend of mine snagged Frank Black's stress ball from the October Ottawa show!! Scott and Rich wrote all over it. I'll take a pic if you guys want...You can check it out for yourselves. He even called back to the bar and asked if anyone had found it!! |

I know the secret Frank destressing tool. It's called Wild Turkey. Great memory, Mr. Black, and with all due respect, really!
(He admitted to having a drink of it before the Philly in-store, and was in super jovial mode... it was cute! At one point he thought an employee from Tower Records was heading back over to the bar next-door and called out "Um, hey if you're going over there it's Wild Turkey, thanks!". Then he realized they weren't going to the bar and was like "Oh, really, oh I thought you were going to get me another drink." Everyone was laughing, it was a really cute moment in the middle of his set.)

| Just for the record folks, it wasn't stolen, they (Scott and Rich) had written all over it with a sharpie...Frank was playing with it on-stage, made his hands all black, got annoyed, so he kicked it into the audience. So...snagged was a poor choice of word I guess...sorry...But if Mr. Thompson himself were to tell me to give it back, I surly would!! But they're only about a dollar, and I'm sure he's replaced it by now... |
